FIDELITONE Welcomes New Leadership to Support Growth in Last Mile Operations

FIDELITONE, a leader in supply chain performance, advances Last Mile capabilities through regional alignment. Restructuring operational leadership through both internal and external placement defines three distinct regions. New initiatives pave the way for increased capacity and oversight, offering a higher level of service to clients and supporting the recent 16% growth in client base this year.

New hire, Sheldon Worsley, and recently promoted Ismael Valentin join Mark Hunt as Vice Presidents of Operations. Alongside FIDELITONE’s VPs, additional roles have been established for the Last Mile operational leadership team for better support nationwide.

New VP of Operations in the West, Sheldon Worsley joins FIDELITONE with a managerial track record of more than 20 years in Supply Chain and Last Mile operations. Most recently serving as Director of Customer Logistics at Ryder, Sheldon intends to uphold first-class expectations, serve as a standard in the industry for others, and manage our operations with excellence. Ben says that Sheldon’s previous experience with many notable clients, hands-on approach, and continuous improvement mentality “has provided us a certainty that he is the right fit personally and culturally”.

Ismael Valentin, promoted to VP of Operations, will continue to manage the Southeast and a segment of the Midwest. Starting as a General Manager, he has been with FIDELITONE for 8 years. Ben commented, “Ismael displays a level of passion and drive for our organization and clients which is unwavering”  Managing hubs in the South, Central, and West, he has been critical in getting operations off the ground for startups in Albuquerque, Chandler, Denver, Fort Myers, Nashville (client-based operation), and Sarasota over the last few years.

As the cornerstone of FIDELITONE Operations, Mark Hunt has dependably managed operations for 22 years. As a staunch performer, he directs the mid-Atlantic with precision, leading to top-performing spots for multiple hubs for a primary client, for three years running. Mark continues to strive for excellence in efficiency and cost-savings for clients. Displaying strong leadership tactics, he implements synergy within processes.

Newly appointed Director of Capacity and Compliance, AJ Hiniker will oversee IC recruiting efforts, metrics, and onboarding nationwide. Entering FIDELITONE as a Field Capacity Specialist in 2021, he quickly and successfully transitioned into playing the dual role of Regional Manager for the West and Recruiter. “This promotion was a natural progression for AJ. He is a self-starter, AJ continuously takes ownership of opportunities and presents solutions for the betterment of the organization and our partners,” says Ben. AJ has more than 19 years of multi-faceted experience as an operational leader.
