We are the primary interface for database management, inventory forecasting, procurement, purchasing and distribution for repair parts and accessories for the more than 900 brands we support for the largest provider of product repair services in the country.

Fidelitone Logistics has had a strategic partnership since 1975. In 1994, Fidelitone Logistics became a Master Source for the Product Repair Service Group.

Today, we support and redistribute more than 900 brands of repair parts and accessories and finished goods for service technicians, parts stores and commercial customers. We stock more than 100,000 SKUs, which occupy 225,000 square feet in our Wauconda, Illinois, facility. We manage an additional 5 million manufacturer SKUs through our database. Fidelitone Logistics ships 3.2 million lines annually to support this program.
