Fidelitone Logistics Acquires Premier Printing and Packaging

WAUCONDA, IL - Fidelitone Logistics, an industry leader in 3PL
and supply chain performance, has acquired Premier Printing and
Packaging, a Mundelein, IL-based company specializing in
cost-effective packaging solutions. This acquisition will increase
Fidelitone's service offerings and competencies in secondary
packaging, primarily targeting solutions for market leading
manufacturers.

Although financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed,
Fidelitone and Premier's partnership is projected to generate
double digit revenue growth in new verticals. Fidelitone completed
two acquisitions in 2008 of WinWell Companies and Dedicated
Logistics; with the results of those acquisitions enhancing
Fidelitone's service offerings and national distribution network
for continued growth.
All employees of Premier Printing and Packaging will be retained
by Fidelitone including former owner and President, PJ Nuzzo.
