Fidelitone Logistics, a leading provider of third party logistics services, is announcing today its partnership with Dedicated Logistics, LLC. Headquartered in Alpharetta, Ga., Dedicated Logistics provides warehouse management and outbound dedicated logistic services from thirteen locations, with nationwide geographical coverage. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Larry Covington, owner and managing partner of Dedicated Logistics, LLC, began the company in 1999. Covington will remain with the company. The thirteen Dedicated Logistics locations will continue operations as a Fidelitone Logistics family company operating under the Dedicated Logistics name.

Dedicated Logistics, LLC currently employs a team of 120 skilled workers, dedicated to meeting its customers’ logistic services and warehouse management needs.
