Wauconda, Ill. (November 17, 2010) - Fidelitone Logistics, an industry leader in third-party logistics and supply chain performance, is pleased to announce two key executive appointments that underscore the company's commitment to operational and customer service excellence.
Tom Giovingo, a 20-year veteran of the company, has been appointed senior vice president of customer relations management, a newly created position. In this role, Giovingo will help ensure Fidelitone's customer service and support functions maintain best-in-class benchmarks.
Giovingo has held a number of leadership roles with Fideltione, most recently serving as senior vice president of strategic accounts. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in bringing in and managing the relationships with some of the company's most long-standing customers. He holds a B.A. from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.

Chuck Perry was recently promoted to the position of vice president of operations and customer solutions, with responsibility for Fidelitone's 27 facilities throughout the U.S. In this role, Perry will be responsible for elevating operations company wide, as well as supporting business growth through collaboration with current and prospective customers to develop creative solutions to complex supply chain problems.
Perry, who joined Fidelitone in October 2009 as director of customer solutions, has 33 years of supply chain experience, including 15 years in project management and solutions development for organizations such as Wipro Technologies, Keane Advisors, ConAgra Foods and Ryder. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Myers College and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He also earned PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
